TERMS and CONDITIONS and COMPETITION RULES
“YOUTH DAY OUTFIT” competition
  1. The name of the Competition is “Youth Day Outfit”.
  2. The competition will run from Thursday 11th June 2020 to Wednesday 17th June 2020. Late entries will not be accepted.
  3. The competition is open to all people within the Republic of South Africa, Lesotho and eSwatini.
  4. No employees, nor their immediate family members directly connected to, or in the employment of POWER Fashion, or associated promotion agencies may take part in the competition.
  5. Participants may enter as many times as they like.
  6. Participants are only eligible to win any of the prizes on offer in this promotion once.
  7. To enter the competition a participant must:
    1. Upload a picture in the comments, to the respective POWER Fashion Facebook post, of the participant wearing their interpretation of a “Youth Day Outfit”
    2. LIKE the respective post and tag a friend
  8. There is no cost to entering the competition.
  9. The prizes are as follows:
    1. 2x R250 fashion vouchers for each of the 2x winners, redeemable at the participant’s specified POWER Fashion store
  10. Draw will take place on Wednesday 17th June 2020 and the respective winners will be contacted on Thursday 18th June 2020.
  11. The respective winners will be contacted by a direct message, via Facebook’s Messenger platform, and the contact number supplied in further correspondence.
  12. Prizes must be collected by the winner, at their specified POWER Fashion store.
  13. The judge’s decision will be final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  14. Winners must be in possession of a valid ID document or passport. If, however, the winner is under the age of 18 years, their parent or guardian must give their prior written consent, to the award of the prize.
  15. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  16. POWER Fashion does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to goods or personal injury suffered as a result of participating, or winning any prize, and will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees required for purpose of obtaining, using, applying or enjoying the prize won in this competition.
  17. Winner consents to POWER Fashion and its authorised agents, using their names and photos for publicity purposes. All entrants, by participating, grant POWER Fashion permission to contact them, in connection with this promotion and/or future marketing and promotion purposes.
The competition closes on Wednesday 17th June 2020.
